本规则及条例适用于已报名参加由中贸推广-艾特怡国际有限公司（简称“主办单位 / 我们的 / 我们”）主办的CHINACOAT 和SFCHINA线上展览会观众。

本规则及条例载有重要信息，请所有可能参观线上展览会的观众（“您”）仔细阅读。一旦您已提交登记信息，即表示您接受本规则及条例内所有内容。

1. 您的登记行为构成您根据本规则及条例向主办单位发出参加线上展览会的要约。所有登记均须经主办单位接受方为有效。如果我们在线上展览会开通前收到您的登记信息，(a) 我们将以书面方式（包括但不限于电邮）确认您的登记，或 (b) 我们在收到您的登记信息后十四（14）日内沒有向您发送书面确认书，您的登记将视为已被确认，除非我们另行通知；主办单位保留拒绝接受任何登记的权利。
2. 每次成功登记仅供您个人使用。您不得作为任何第三方的代理人申请登记，不得向他人出售或转让您的登记。
3. 主办单位有权随时变更展览会形式（包括但不限于将实体展览会改为线上展览会，反之亦然）、内容、地点、举办形式、开放时间、持续时间、日期、其它活动时间、参加者和 / 或任何其他方面，而不需承担任何责任。主办单位有权在确认您的登记后撤销登记，而不需承担任何责任。
4. 主办单位有权基于任何原因（无论是否因我们无法合理控制的任何因素所导致），随时取消线上展览会或变更线上展览会日期。如果变更后的线上展览会日期在原计划开展日期的三（3）个月内，或线上展览会被取消但主办单位计划在三（3）个月内再次举办，除非我们向您另行发出通知，否则您的登记在新日期以原计划方式举办的线上展览会上将继续被视为有效。如果全部或部分线上展览会被取消而主办单位没计划在三（3）个月内再次举办，您已登记的线上展览会（或部分取消的线上展览会），您的登记将被视为无效。您确认并同意本条规定了线上展览会取消或日期变更的情況下您享有的唯一补救措施，在此明确排除主办单位任何其他责任。
5. 线上展览会主要目标人群为商业专业人士。线上展览会不对十八（18）周岁以下的未成年人士开放。主办单位保留随时限制其登入线上展览会的权利。
6. 主办单位有权自行决定拒绝 / 阻止任何人登入线上展览会，而无需承担任何责任。前述人士包括但不限于违反本规则及条例的人士，或主办单位认为对线上展览会构成安全风险、滋扰或扰乱线上展览会运作的人。
7. 任何未经授权对线上展览会录制影像或录音的行为，及传播线上展览会视频资料的行为，均属予以明文禁止的行为。您同意 (a) 向主办单位交出或应要求销毁违反本条规定以任何媒介记录的任何资料；(b)任何该等资料在创作后，其版权及其他知识产权均无条件且立即归主办单位所有；(c) 前述未经授权实施的行为引发任何索赔时，主办单位（包括其任何员工或其他代表）均免于承担任何相关责任。
8. 您向主办单位提供的个人信息将由主办单位持有，并保存在我们的数据库中。如果我们取得了适当的授权或有正当理由（包括但不限于明示 / 默示同意或合法权益），我们可以为了进行线上展览会全球推广及其他目的，与我们选择的第三方共享您的个人信息。另外，我们可能按法律规定向政府机关和监管机构提供您的个人信息。
9. 您承诺自行负责满足让您能登录线上展览会平台的任何技术要求。我们无法保证线上展览会平台会持续、安全地运行，不发生任何错误或中断，并对临时无法使用线上展览会平台不承担任何责任。我们无法保证线上展览会平台和 / 或当中任何内容（包括但不限于供下载的任何内容）不含有任何系统病毒、病毒感染成分、木马、蠕虫和 / 或具污染或破坏性的任何代码。您不得试图干扰线上展览会平台的正常运行（例如通过试图规避安全或篡改、侵入或以其他方式破坏任何电脑系统、服务器、网站、路由器或任何其他互联网连接设备，来实施前述行为）。您同意遵守任何网站使用条款和 / 或任何线上展览会平台网站上载明的公平或合理使用政策。
10. 我们对线上展览会平台上说明或描述的任何商品或服务内容或使用行为不支持、也不承担任何责任。您因使用或依赖线上展览会平台或其推荐的任何其他网站、资源所提供的任何内容、产品和 / 或服务，或通过线上展览会平台或该等其他网站、资源获取的任何内容、商品和 / 或服务造成或声称造成任何损失或损害，或该等损失或损害与该等使用或依赖有关的，我们一槪不承担任何责任。
11. 主办单位将会向您提供专属用戶链接。专属用戶链接为保密信息，并属于主办单位财产，未经我们许可不得出售、转让或出让给任何第三方。您的专属用戶链接仅供您个人使用。您在此同意不得允许其他人使用您的专属用戶链接，您将对使用您的专属用戶链接的任何人的行为承担责任。
12. 您通过线上展览会提供或上传任何帖子、资讯或其他资料、信息或数据（统称“资料”），将视为非保密和非专有信息，我们有权为了任何目的使用、复制、传播或向第三方披露任何该等资料。在法律许可的范围内，您在此放弃任何该等资料的人身权利。我们有权（但没有义务）自行决定、编辑、删除、阻止或过滤线上展览会平台留言板上发布的任何信息或任何资料。您不得发表任何诽谤他人、违法或侵犯任何第三方知识产权的言论。主办单位不负责监督资料是否符合法律规定。
13. 您只能使用线上展览会平台浏览线上展览会內容。在不限制前述规定的条件下，您不得实施以下任何行为︰

    (i) 以不符合法律或本规则及条例使用线上展览会平台和 / 或线上展览会平台上的任何内容；

    (ii) 在使用线上展览会平台和 / 或线上展览会平台上的任何内容时侵犯我们或第三方的知识产权；

    (iii) 发送或安排发送垃圾广告、推广资料或任何其他形式的类似广告；

    (iv) 故意传播、发送或上传任何含有系统病毒、病毒感染成分、木马、蠕虫的数据和 / 或具有污染或破坏属性的任何代码。

14. 我们没有义务监督、监控或审查我们在线上展览会平台上提供的任何互动服务；在不限制前述规定的条件下，我们明确声明，因用户使用任何互动服务造成任何损失、人身伤害或财产损害时，我们概不承担任何责任，无论该等服务是否已经过审查。
15. 主办单位的权利和补救具有累积性，并不排除法律规定的任何权利和补救，仅能由主办单位以书面方式明确放弃。主办单位延期行使或未能行使该等权利或补救权，并不构成其放弃该等权利或补救权。
16. 主办单位有权不时修订本规则及条例无需另行通知。您需要遵守线上展览会举办时有效的规则及条例。
17. 如果本规则及条例的英文文本与其他语言文本有任何不一致，应当以英文文本为准。

These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who register for the Online Show organized by Sinostar-ITE International Limited (Hereafter referred to as “The Organizer / We / Our / Us”), who is the Organizer of CHINACOAT2023 and SFCHINA2023.

As a potential visitor to the Online Show (Hereafter referred to as “You / Your”), please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Your registration constitutes an offer by you to The Organizer to attend the Online Shows in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All registrations are subject to acceptance by The Organizer. If your registration is received in advance of the Online Show, it will either: (a) be confirmed in writing (including, without limitation, by email), or (b) if written confirmation is not sent within fourteen (14) days of us receiving your registration, be deemed to be confirmed unless we notify you otherwise. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration at our own discretion.
2. Your registration is issued for your personal use only. You may not procure registrations as an agent for any third party or sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others.
3. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical exhibition to an online exhibition and vice versa), content, location, venue, opening hours, duration, dates, other timings, participants and / or any other aspect of the exhibition, in each case without liability. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation at our own discretion without liability.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the date(s) of the Online Show at any time and for any reason (whether or not due to causes beyond our reasonable control). In the event that the date(s) of the Online Show is changed to a new date(s) that is within three (3) months of the originally scheduled opening date of the Online Show, or where the Online Show is cancelled but is reasonably expected by The Organizer to be held at any time within the next three (3) months, then, unless we notify you otherwise, your registration will be deemed to be valid for the Online Show on the new date(s) or when it is next staged (as applicable) in the same way that it would have applied to the originally scheduled Online Show. Where all or part of the Online Show is cancelled and is not reasonably expected by The Organizer to be held within the next three (3) months, then your registration will no longer be deemed to be valid for the Online Show (or the cancelled portion of the Online Show, as applicable). You acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this paragraph set out your sole remedy in the Online Show of cancellation or the changing of the date(s) of the Online Show and all other liability of The Organizer is hereby expressly excluded.
5. Our Online Show is principally directed at business professionals. It is generally not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). The Organizer reserves the right at any time to restrict access to the Online Show accordingly.
6. The Organizer reserves the right without liability to refuse admission to, or to eject / block from, the Online Show any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who, in the reasonable opinion of The Organizer, represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Online Show. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by The Organizer.
7. All unauthorised transmission of audio or visual materials in the Online Show by you is expressly prohibited. You agree: (a) to surrender to The Organizer or destroy on demand any materials in whatever media recorded in violation of this paragraph, (b) that the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in any such materials shall vest in The Organizer unconditionally and immediately on the creation of such materials, and (c) to hold The Organizer and all entities within the Organizer’s companies (as well as any employees or other representatives of the same) harmless against any claims made in respect of such unauthorised activities.
8. The personal information that you provide to The Organizer will be held by us in a database and, where we have appropriate authorisation / justification (which may include, without limitation, express / implied consent or legitimate interests), may be shared with selected third parties internationally for promotional and other purposes. Your personal information may also be shared with Government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law.
9. You undertake to be responsible for any technical requirements needed to enable you to access the Online Show website or other platform (the “Event Platform”) made available by The Organizer to facilitate participation in the Online Show. We do not guarantee that the Online Show Platform will operate continuously, securely or without errors or interruption, and we do not accept any liability for its temporary unavailability. We do not guarantee that the Online Show Platform and / or any contents thereon (including, without limitation, any contents available for download) will be free from computer viruses, infections, Trojan horses, worms and / or any other codes that have contaminating or destructive properties. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Online Show Platform (for example, by attempting to circumvent security or tamper with, hack into or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet connected device). You agree to comply with any website terms of use and / or fair or acceptable use policies indicated on any website on which the Online Show Platform is hosted.
10. We do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents, or the use of, any goods or services that may be identified or described on the Online Show Platform and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of, or reliance on, any contents, goods or services available on or through the Online Show Platform or any website or other resources referenced therein.
11. The Organizer may issue you with a unique access link to enter the Online Show. The unique access link is confidential and remains the property of The Organizer at all times and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to any third party without our permission. Your unique access link is personal to you. You hereby agree that you will not permit others to use your unique access link and you will be and remain liable for the acts of any person using your unique access link.
12. Any posts, messages or other materials, information or data you supply or upload to the Online Platform (collectively referred to as “Materials”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such Materials for any purpose. You hereby waive any moral rights in any Materials to the extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit or remove postings to any message boards on the Online Show Platform and delete or use electronic methods to block or filter any Materials at our discretion, but we do not have any obligation to do so. You shall not make libellous postings or any postings that are illegal or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Organizer will not be responsible for monitoring Materials for compliance with the law.
13. You may use the Online Show Platform solely for access to the Online Show. Without limitation, you must not:

    (i) Use the Online Show Platform and / or any content thereon in any manner other than in compliance with the law and these Terms and Conditions;

    (ii) Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the Online Show Platform and / or any contents thereon;

    (iii) Transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional materials or any other form of similar solicitation, and / or;

    (iv) Knowingly transmit, send or upload any data that contains computer viruses, infections, Trojan horses, worms and / or any other codes that have contaminating or destructive properties,

14. We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive services we provide on the Online Show Platform and, without limitation, we expressly exclude all liability for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever arising from the use of any interactive services by any user, whether the service is moderated or not.
15. The rights and remedies of The Organizer are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law and may be waived only in writing and specifically. Any delay or failure to exercise any right or remedy is not a waiver of the same.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (without notice) from time to time and you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the Online Show is staged.
17. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

主办单位尊重阁下隐私并承诺：

为了向阁下提供更好服务，主办单位可能在提供服务或产品的过程中及相关情况下收集和处理以下有关您的个人信息：

• 您向我们登记、使用我们的服务、参加我们的活动或与我们沟通时的信息（例如，您的姓名、公司名称、公司地址、手机号码、电邮、网址、公司业务性质等）；
• 与帐户登入有关的信息，即您的登入用户名称和密码详细信息；
• 您发送给我们的任何通信内容，如报告问题或提交有关线上展或其内容的查询、关注或意见；或您通过参与调查提交的信息。

通过登记线上展览会，系统会建立并发布您的个人资料，其他参加者可能会利用这些提供的信息与您联系。

当您进入参展商页面或观看任何参展商视频时，系统将会向该参展商披露您的个人信息，或当您在本网站或通过本网站访问其他网站上任何公告板或聊天室披露个人信息时，查看该公告板或聊天室的任何人均可以收集和使用此类个人信息。这可能导致其他参加者向您发送未经请求的信息，这并不属于我们的控制或责任范围。

披露

主办单位将对持有的个人信息保密，但可能会将您的个人信息提供给︰

• 与我们业务运作或服务有关的工作人员、代理、顾问、核数师、承办商和服务提供者；
• 我们在中国的附属公司、推广活动或展览会的合办机构、商业合作夥伴和其他贸易推组织等；
• 根据香港境内或境外适用法律，我们需要向其作出披露的人士。

我们可能会在根据法律规定或允许的情况下提供您的个人信息，以遵守传票、传召出庭令或类似的法律程序或政府要求，或我们真诚地认为披露信息是按法律规定或必须保障主办单位的权利和财产，或他人 (包括但不限于香港境内或境外的顾问、执法机关、司法和监管机构) 的权利、财产或安全。我们也可能将您的个人信息转移给收购我们全部或部分资产或股份的第三方，或通过合并、收购、重组或其他方式成功开展我们全部或部分业务的第三方。

Cookies

The Organizers of CHINACOAT and SFCHINA (Hereafter referred to as “We”, “Us” and “Our”) take individuals’ privacy seriously. This Statement explains our policies and practices in more details, and applies to information collection and use including but not limited to while you are visiting and using our Online Show Platforms.

We respect your privacy and we promise:

• To implement computer, physical and procedural safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal data we collect;
• To limit the personal data collected to the minimum amount required to provide services requested by you;
• To permit only our properly trained, authorized employees to access personal data;
• Not to disclose your personal data to external parties unless you have agreed, we are required by law or we have previously informed you.

Information Collection

In order to provide better services to you, we may, in the course of and in relation to the provision of our services or products, collect and process the following information about you:

• Information (Such as your name, company name, company address, mobile number, email address, nature of business, etc. of your company) when you register with us, use our services, attend our activities or communicate with us;
• In connection with an account sign-in facility, your login user name and password details;
• The content of any communications you send to us, for example, to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding to the Online Show or its Show content; or information you submitted via survey;

The provision of personal data by you is necessary in order for us to provide you with the requested services and for us to perform our contractual obligations (if any) to you. If you do not supply such data, we may be unable to provide the requested services.

We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose (Including any directly related purpose) for which data is or is to be used.

In addition, when you browse the Online Show, we will collect the basic technical information that your browser sends to the Online Show Platform website, such as browser type and language, access time, address of the site from which you came to the website, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, or click stream data within our Platform (i.e. the actions taken in connection with our Online Show Platform) etc. We collect such technical information during your visit to the Online Show Platform through our automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies and other commonly used technologies. We collect such data for the purpose of improving the functionality of the Online Show Platform. Further information on cookies is set out below.

Use of Information

a. Online Show

We will use your personal information to maintain databases that allow us to assess your qualities to encourage further engagement on our Online Shows.

We will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage the Online Show and for analysing visitor interactions and traffic with a view to improve the visiting experience for visitors and providing you with a personalized experience. We will also use your personal information for processing admission to our concurrent exhibitions.

When you enter the Exhibitor’s Page or watch any Exhibitor’s Videos, your personal information may be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you, subject to the attendee privacy notice you may have been provided during the registration and login process.

b. Marketing

We may use your personal information to send you newsletters, offers or other marketing emails to keep you up to date with our news, events and products that may be of interest. Depending on the nature of your interaction with us and applicable data protection laws, you may have actively given us your consent (i.e. opted in) or we may be entitled to rely on your implied consent or legitimate interests to market to you. The opportunity to opt out of future marketing will always be provided and you have the right to amend your marketing preferences at any time (See Your Privacy Rights section).

We may share your details with third party partners. When this happens, a clear notice will be provided that gives you the opportunity to opt out or opt in to such sharing as required by applicable data protection laws. The third party partner’s use of your details will be in accordance with the notice provided and its privacy policy and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

c. Mobile Applications and Website Analytics

We may combine visitor registration information or other information collected through tracking technologies, whether you are logged in or not, with personally identifiable information to understand and analyse your online experiences and determine which events, products and services are likely to be of interest to you.

Where you consent to the use of your location data, certain mobile applications may use location data to assist you to navigate around events and bring exhibitors’ products to your attention whilst you are using our Online Show platform.

Our marketing related emails contain a single, campaign-unique “Web Beacon Pixel” to identify whether emails are opened and, combined with other technologies, to verify any clicks through to links within the email. By registering to the Online Show, our system will create and publish a profile of you and you may be contacted by other participants using the information provided.

Your personal information will be disclosed in the Chat Room when you enter an Exhibitor’s Page or watch Exhibitor’s Videos. This may result in unsolicited messages from other participants or other parties, which are outside of our control or responsibility.
